Returns and exchanges

To start your return, enter your order number and email address or phone number

Should the need to return or exchange your products arise, you can do so within 30 days from the day you received them.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This means that you can unpack the items and see if they are as expected and the slipper fits.

Please follow the instructions below to process your return:

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping instructions

 Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

There is no charge to you for the return. Betterfelt pays for the return shipping and handling.

If you have requested an exchange, we will send the new pair to you once we have received the pair you are returning.

How soon will I get my refund: 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
