This contract sets out:

  • your legal rights and responsibilities;
  • our legal rights and responsibilities; and
  • certain key information required by law.

In this contract:

  • ‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Woolsolutions ApS (owner of the trademark Betterfelt); and
  • ‘You’ or ‘your’ means the person using our site to buy goods from us.

When buying anything from our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other documents referred to in them.

Ordering Goods

By placing an order via our website (www.betterfelt.co.uk), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct any errors you can do so before submitting it.

When you place an order at the end of the check-out process (by clicking “Pay Now”), we will send you an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email is an order acknowledgement and does not mean that we accept your order. We may reject your order for the following reasons:

  • the goods are out of stock or unavailable;
  • we cannot authorise your payment;
  • there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the goods.

A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will be formed when your payment has been approved, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements.

In order to enter into a contract with Betterfelt you must be over 18 years of age. Betterfelt retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

Delivery

We use trusted third-party logistics providers to deliver our goods – mainly Royal Mail. If you want more information about shipping, please visit our shipping information page before you place your order.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or other occurrences beyond our control for which we will not be responsible.

If there is a delay in delivering the goods we will inform you of this via email and the goods will be despatched as soon as available.

You have the right to request a cancellation if your order is delayed, just Contact Us with your order number.

Delivery of the goods will occur when we deliver them to the address you provide us with when you make your order. You are responsible for the goods when delivery has taken place.

Pricing and Availability

We do our best to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and cancel your order. We will then update our website with the correct price as soon as possible so the order can be replaced if needed.

The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Payment

Payment can be made via our secure checkout pages using your credit or debit card (details of accepted credit or debit cards and other payment methods are provided during the checkout process).

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card, bank account or other payment method used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (ÂŁ) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

You will not be charged before your order has been processed and is ready for shipping.

Note: By linking a payment card to your account, you give us continuous permission to automatically charge that card for the required value to cover the payment amount when you use your account to place an order specifying the use of this payment card.

We may charge the payment card again if the previous attempt failed.

You can stop the permission by unlinking the card from your account at any time.

Personal Information

Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy (available here), which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities if you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.

Use of our Website

Gift cards

Gift Cards can be redeemed by UK customers only online at www.betterfelt.co.uk. Gift Cards may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the value stored on the card on payment of the difference. If you do not spend the entire balance on the Gift Card the remaining balance will be stored on the Gift Card. No cash change will be given. Gift Cards may not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Please treat Gift Cards as cash, we will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. Gift Cards are valid for 24 months after purchase. Any balance remaining after the expiration of the validity period will be canceled.

Gift Cards cannot be used to buy further Gift Cards.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase goods for delivery outside of the UK. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Right to Cancel

Up to 14 days after receiving your goods, in most cases, you can change your mind and get a full refund. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days from delivery without giving any reason. This right does not apply to any customised or personalised goods bought through our website. To exercise this right please contact us on info@betterfelt.com prior to the expiry of the cancellation rights period.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. If you are not returning all the items in your order, the initial delivery cost will not be returned to you.

Our right to vary these terms and conditions

Betterfelt reserves the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions that are in force at the time that you order goods from Betterfelt.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be subject to English law.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising in relation to, out of or in connection with these terms and conditions including orders for goods.
